The training will also introduce participants to basic Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, helping them create documents, organize information, communicate professionally, and develop workplace-ready skills.

In addition, participants will explore introductory Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and learn how technology can assist with writing, research, organization, and productivity. No prior computer experience is required. This hands-on training provides a supportive learning environment where participants can ask questions, practice new skills, and gain confidence using technology in their personal and professional lives.
